JOB TITLE: Office Administrator Temporary Part-time/Hourly

JOB SUMMARY:
This Front Desk position is the first point of contact for the Chamber. In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, the position provides administrative support for the organization’s database and CRM. Responsibilities encompass front desk duties, as well as basic office administration, files and office inventories, scheduling, and membership outreach for retention and recruitment purposes. Other office support as identified. Training on CRM systems provided.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties include:
- Fulfills front line welcoming and inquiries as well as office administrative functions with dotted line reporting to Program and Marketing Manager;
- Works with CRM for the organization, maintaining membership database
- Assist and CRM reporting as identified;
- Administrative support for and/or at events, programs, and marketing
- Maintains organization’s internal calendar, including scheduling conference rooms in coordination with staff;
- Assists with production and deliverables associated with events and programming as directed;
- Assist with reporting within the CRM database, as directed;
- Support of the database web portals on the website, as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong people skill and ability to communicate with the community in pleasant and informed manner;
- Skill in customer service principles;
- Skill with content management systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Knowledge of Constant Contact.
EDCUATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Certificates or degrees in administration or related a plus.

This is a front line position that requires excellent communication skills with members and general public. Professional appearance and behavior in relationships and projects. Reliable and prompt. Able to multi-task and manage workflow. Task oriented and attentive to detail.
