Communication and Your Style Under Stress
Why is it we often do our worst job of communicating at the moments where we need to do our best? In this workshop you will learn about communicating in difficult situations. You will learn your own style under stress and how to avoid the negative impacts style can create. Research shows men and women reacting differently during stress. We will talk about how to avoid the stigma and be more effective even when others are at their worst.
