Crafts & Games:
Wednesdays: 3/1, 3/15, and 3/29, 10am-12pm
Join us for two hours of fun every other Wednesday! We have an activity for everyone!
Stitch for Health: Join stitching enthusiast McKenzie Golden to crochet, stitch and knit while participating in enriching conversations about your health. All experience levels welcome, so come join us around the fire!
Zentangle: Join us to learn this fun and easy method of doodling. Zentangle is for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. We provide: supplies. You provide: an hour of your time for creativity and play.
Board Games: Come join us for a morning of board games and fun with Iora staff and other patients!
Music Therapy: Come and put your stress on a blur as we use music and calm speaking to step away from the everyday troubles. Learn to use calm breathing, joyful music triggered memories and focus to channel good powerful energy and help maintain not only a positive mindset, but also keep blood pressure at a low.
