Join Foundation House as we featuring our Chef's Showcase with our own award winning Chef David Ariz. David will demonstrate how to preapre healthy culinary delights up close and in person. Afterwards you'll have the opportunity to taste the delicious creations. It's a great opportunity to learn how to prepare meals that taste great and are good for you.
