DESCRIPTION:The Present and Future of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the Critical Role of Vaccines\n\n\n\nJoin us as the Chamber welcomes Dr. Michael Myint\, MD\, MBA\, as MultiCare Connected Care's Physician Executive\, Population Health\, Quality & Risk Adjustment for the keynote at our June meeting.\n\n\n\nDr. Myint has worked previously at Swedish Health Services\, Virginia Mason\, and the University of Washington. He has led organizational efforts around clinical quality\, patient safety\, risk management\, and Population Health. Dr. Myint has a passion for working toward ever improving clinical value for patients and the communities he serves. He also led the creation of an integrated strategy for population health initiatives and partnered in analyzing\, contracting and implementing value-based contracts\, including bundled payment agreements and ACO models. He is adjunct faculty at the University of Washington and is an expert in quality management\, patient safety\, and organizational system design. \n\nDr. Myint leads strategic and program design to help deliver best-in-class quality performance for value-based contracts and care transformation for all of the patients and communities MultiCare serves. His passion is improving clinical value for health and wellness programs across the continuum of care and helping MultiCare Connected Care be the value leader in the communities we serve. \n\nWhen away from work\, Dr. Myint and his family share an interest in all things outdoors\, especially biking\, running\, and camping. Dr. Myint admits to being a foodie\, a barbecue aficionado\, and downhill skier\, among many interests.
