DESCRIPTION:Did you know the Seahawks have a mindfulness coach? So does Google\, Apple\, AT&T\, Proctor & Gamble\, Aetna and General Mills to name a few.  A mindfulness practice can reduce stress\, can increase concentration\, increase engagement at work and at home\, decrease reactivity and  improve one's sense of well-being. \n\nWhen surveyed after implementing a mindfulness program\, General Mills employees reported: \n\n\n	83% of participants said they were "taking time each day to optimize my personal productivity". \n	82% said they now make time to eliminate tasks with limited productivity value.\n	 80% of senior executives reported a positive change in their ability to make better decisions\n	89% of senior executives said they became better listeners.
