DESCRIPTION:The monthly meeting of the Greater Federal Way Chamber welcomes Darlene Wilczynski\, Vice President and Regional Executive of the Seattle Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco\, as our keynote speaker in February. \n\n\n\nWilczynski has additional responsibility in the District's Financial Institution Outreach function. She also oversees District Facilities Management and Workplace Services. In her role as regional executive\, she oversees the Seattle Branch Board of Directors and its contribution to monetary policy decisions\, and conducts outreach to community bank CEOs and regional business leaders in Washington and Alaska. As vice president of District Facilities Management and Workplace Services\, she is responsible for overseeing the physical assets of the San Francisco head office and the five other 12th District locations\, as well as a collection of internal support services.\n\n\n\nThe Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco\, with branch offices in Los Angeles\, Seattle\, Salt Lake City\, and Portland\, and a cash processing office in Phoenix\, provides wholesale banking services to financial institutions throughout the nine western states. As the nation's central bank\, the Federal Reserve System formulates monetary policy\, serves as a bank regulator\, administers certain consumer protection laws\, and is fiscal agent for the U.S. government.
