No matter the type of contract\, there are key terms of which to be aware and which you may want to negotiate before signing a contract. \n\n\n\nThis workshop will take an in-depth look at basic elements and key terms in contracts. Attorney Shawn Harju will discuss these key terms and answer your questions regarding scenarios you have experienced when presented with a contract related to your business.\n\n\n\nAttorney Shawn Harju has been in the legal industry for over 30 years\, 20 of which have been spent practicing law in the Puget Sound region.  Shawn's experience includes private practice in small and mid-size firms\, as well as serving as in-house counsel.  Active in the community\, Shawn is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Federal Way Chamber.
