SBDC
The Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a network of more than 30 expert business advisors working in communities across the state to help entrepreneurs or small business owners start, grow or buy/sell a business.
StartZone is part of Highline College Business Development Center, founded in 2008. The initiative represents a beacon of hope and support for aspiring entrepreneurs from marginalized communities in South King County. This initiative is specifically designed to empower those who often face significant barriers in the business world, including low-income individuals, BIPOC communities, women, immigrants, refugees, and people with disabilities.
