About Us

Founded in 1982, ESM Consulting Engineers, LLC (ESM) provides civil engineering, surveying, land use planning, 3D laser scanning, landscape architecture and GIS services to public and private sector clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.

For more than 38 years, we have worked on some of the largest master planned communities in Washington State. These include Snoqualmie Ridge, Suncadia Resort, and Northwest Landing. In addition to long-range, large-scale developments, our portfolio ranges from public civic centers and K-12 educational facilities to commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects of diverse scope and size. Each project requiring a dedication to communication and careful coordination within the design team.

Performing vertical surveys to high-rise buildings in Seattle’s fast-paced downtown core are amongst the latest and most interesting projects we’ve added to our portfolio.
