Salary: $49,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Navigate Inquiries: Efficiently handle incoming inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, or online chats.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate life insurance premiums based on the client's demographics, health status, and coverage requirements.
  • Policy Recommendations: Recommend suitable life insurance policies that align with the client's financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Application Assistance: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or changes in their circumstances.


  • Licensing: Active Life Insurance License in Washington State is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products, policies, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in life insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to understand and fulfill clients' life insurance needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment and maintain productivity.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and other software applications to streamline work processes.
