The Greater Federal Way Chamber invites you to join us for a keynote with Darlene Wilczynski, Vice President and Regional Executive of the Seattle Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, with branch offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Portland, and a cash processing office in Phoenix, provides wholesale banking services to financial institutions throughout the nine western states. As the nation’s central bank, the Federal Reserve System formulates monetary policy, serves as a bank regulator, administers certain consumer protection laws, and is fiscal agent for the U.S. government.
Darlene Wilczynski is vice president and regional executive of the Seattle Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco with additional responsibility in the District’s Financial Institution Outreach function. She also oversees District Facilities Management and Workplace Services. In her role as regional executive, Ms. Wilczynski oversees the Seattle Branch Board of Directors and its contribution to monetary policy decisions, and conducts outreach to community bank CEOs and regional business leaders in Washington and Alaska. As vice president of District Facilities Management and Workplace Services, she is responsible for overseeing the physical assets of the San Francisco head office and the five other 12th District locations, as well as a collection of internal support services.
Ms. Wilczynski joined the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in 1997 as the assistant manager of Check Services in Seattle. She has held a variety of management roles across Human Resources, Public Information, and Seattle Check Operations, including consolidation of Portland Check Services with the Seattle branch. In addition, she led the effort to move Cash Services into the Seattle facility, and as vice president of Northern Region Cash Services, she oversaw the Seattle and Salt Lake City Cash Services operations.
