Attendees will also get a look at what?s ahead as FWPS continues to navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and build upon past successes to shine even brighter in the year ahead.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\n\n\nWith over 29 years in education\, Superintendent Dr. Dani Pfeiffer believes in the unlimited potential of every scholar and that it is our collective responsibility to create conditions that provide the highest quality education in a welcoming\, equitable\, and inclusive environment. As a leader\, Dr. Pfeiffer is driven by equity\, integrity\, responsibility\, courage\, collaboration\, and innovation. \n\n\n\nPrior to serving as Superintendent\, Dr. Pfeiffer spent the last six years working with Supt. Campbell to support the district?s strategic plan goals and measures of progress as Chief Academic Officer and Deputy Superintendent. As superintendent\, she carries that work forward to build upon the numerous successes and focus on areas of growth to ensure every scholar in Federal Way Public Schools thrives. \n\n\n\nDr. Pfeiffer obtained a doctorate in Educational Leadership\, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University\, a superintendent certification from Washington State University\, a masters in curriculum and instruction from Lesley University\, a principal certification from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma State University\, where she also played collegiate softball. \n\nSAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR INDOOR CHAMBER EVENTS\n\n\n\nDocumentation of vaccination status must be shown upon entry to the venue.\n\n\n\nVaccinated Participants will need a Vaccination card\, OR a Photo of a vaccination card as a separate document\, OR a Photo of the attendee?s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device. Program participants will be required to provide proof of vaccination or to provide a negative COVID-19 test result within the prior 48 hours for all indoor events. Masks will be required for participants regardless of vaccination status\, except while actively eating or drinking. There will be no separate sections for vaccinated/unvaccinated patrons.
